Cancellation terms and conditions
Cancellations made a fortnight (14 days) or more prior to the booked service date incurs no fee.
Cancellations made within a fortnight (14 days) of the agreed booking date will incur 50% of the total quoted price charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within a week (7 days) will incur 100% of the total quoted price charged as a cancellation fee.
Any agreed and booked airfares or accommodation are non-refundable and will be charged for at cost in all circumstances.
Rescheduling terms and conditions
Rescheduling bookings prior to 2 weeks (14 days) of the agreed booking date incurs no fee.
Rescheduling within 2 week (14 days) of the agreed booking date incurs a rescheduling fee of $75.00.
If there are charges incurred with rescheduling airfares and/or accommodation, they will be charged at cost plus a $75.00 rescheduling fee (in addition to any other incurred rescheduling fee).
*Travel and accommodation are only charged for venues outside of the Sydney basin as required and pre-agreed. Travel time is not usually charged. The Sydney basin is defined as bordered by the Hawkesbury River, the Nepean River, Port Hacking, and the Campbelltown LGA. Flights and accommodation are charged at cost. Venues necessitating driving outside of the Sydney basin are charged at 65c per kilometre.
